We coarsely mill seaweed for easy use. When using it as an additional supplement you only will only need small amounts.
Recommended 2 gram/day/adult.
Conversion; 1 dr is about 1,77 gram, one ounce about 28 grams, one LB about 450 gram.
Use as: Salt replacement, cold entrees, salads, cocktails. Hot entrees, stew, chowders, soup stock, omelettes etc. Fish and seafood, meat, sauce, sandwich, dessert, drinks.

Kelp wraps (sushi) 10cent/p
The Kelp meal we supply is highly concentrated - 15 kilograms of fresh kelp will produce 1 kilogram of dried product. To increases its shelf life and also helps to keep down the cost of shipment. Because it contains a lot of iodine you should not use it excessively as iodine can work as a toxin. Recommended use of Iodine is 150-300 micro grams but if you are in any doubt then please consult your doctor. Please add): Green type seaweed’s average between 40-300 mg/kg
Brown type seaweed’s average between 500-11000 mg/kg Red type seaweed’s average 50-900 mg/kg. |
